摘要: In the acute state of ischemic apoplexy brain edema leading to increase intracranial pressure and reduction regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) plays an important role [17, 19]. At present hyperosmolar solutions are recommended for treatment nature whereas value steroids is debated [13, 21]. Clinical results conflicting. Experimental studies (Table 1) have used different models, species, mode production infarction, doses parameters [2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 25]. Only two evaluate effect dexamethasone on rCBF in presence ischemia 3]. Both do not measure longer than 24 hours.
