摘要: CONTEXTE : Cet article presente une mise a jour de la prevalence des facteurs risque maladies cardiovasculaires (MCV) importants chez sous groupes population canadienne. Pour mieux faire comprendre l'impact variations MCV sur le fardeau maladie, mortalite attribuable au tahagisme (MAT) ete estimee pour premiere fois dans chacune regions socio-sanitaires du Canada. METHODES L'Enquete sante les collectivites canadiennes (ESCC) 2000-2001 utilisee estimer tabagisme, l'obesite, l'inactivite physique, faible revenu, diabete et l'hypertension. En combinant donnees tabagisme l'ESCC 2000-2001, 1995 1997 Base canadienne estimations relatif (reliant deces associes tabagisme) Cancer Prevention Study II l'American Society, il possible produire valeurs MAT en utilisant techniques d'evaluation fraction etiologique risque. RESULTATS S'appuyant rapportees par patients, revele ce qui suit 26,0 % Canadiens fumaient moment l'enquete, 14,9 etaient obeses, 53,5 physiquement inactifs, 11,3 avaient un 13,0 souffraient d'hypertension 4,2 atteints diabete.
