摘要: Abstract Echocardiographic studies were performed in 105 patients with acute and recurrent pulmonary emboli. Pulmonary embolism was confirmed by angiography (n=48), autopsy (n=6), lung perfusion scintigraphy (n=51). Seventy of 93 (75%) displayed a dilated right ventricle, 38 91 (42%) had reduced left ventricular cavity dimension, 41 82 (50%) decreased EF slope the mitral valve, 78 101 (77%) showed dilatation artery. The motion interventricular septum abnormal (44%). Right-sided thrombi seen 13 within artery (n=11) ventricle (n=3); one patient they found superior vena cava, innominate vein, atrium. Two suffered from right-sided endocarditis. Thus echocardiographic changes frequently proved findings cardiac abnormalities indicate hemodynamically active
