摘要: Polycarbonate diols(PCDLs) with a number average molecular weight(Mn) of 2800 and narrow polydispersity index(PDI=1.33) were synthesized from dimethyl carbonate(DMC) 1,4-butanediol(BD) via two-step process. The influences the molar ratios DMC to BD in feedstock, polycondensation temperature time on PCDLs preparation studied. CH3COONa showed best catalytic performance among catalysts highest conversion 73.8% yield 64.7% achieved under its optimum reaction conditions. Furthermore, based results 1H NMR, relationships between ratio end groups (—OCH3/—OH) oligomers, Mn chainend constitute resultant polycarbonates also investigated. indicate that can be when oligomers mostly bear hydroxyl groups. In contrast, it was impossible prepare enriched methyl carbonate
