摘要: This study aimed to investigate the outcome in patients with aspiration pneumonia during definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy for head and neck cancer. The data of 595 cancer treated by were reviewed. Forty-one identified as developing symptomatic treatment analysed this study. definition fit three criteria: (1) at least one event or evidence grade 2 above dysphagia treatment; (2) clinical radiographic signs pneumonitis; (3) no 4 haematological toxicity before outbreak pneumonia. Termination allocated radiotherapy was noted 10 patients. A break observed 26 patients, whereas irradiation prolonged more than 1 week 11 Logistic regression analysis showed score course chest roentgenography pattern following found independently influence outcome. Aspiration occurring has a detrimental effect on Intensive medical care is essential group 3 an unfavourable film pattern.
