Penile reconstruction with dermal template and vacuum therapy in severe skin and soft tissue defects caused by Fournier's gangrene and hidradenitis suppurativa

摘要: The aim of this article is to improve the treatment patients with complete skin loss penile shaft after Fournier's gangrene or hidradenitis suppurativa using modern biomatrices and topical negative pressure therapy. From January 2010 December 2011, three were treated. After initial radical debridements, therapy was applied for wound stabilisation. that dermal templates (acellular matrix) used achieve early healing pressure-dressing in a special setting foam compression bandage together urinary catheter. integration template, split-thickness graft coverage again secured circular total pressure-dressing. In all cases, grafts healed very well applying concept. satisfied functional as aesthetic outcome.
