摘要: Sn-incorporated folded sheets mesoporous materials (Sn-FSM-16) with various contents of Sn were synthesized by using a mixture water glass, SnCl4 and NaOH as starting materials. Hexadecyltrimethyl-ammonium chloride (surfactant) was used to intercalate into the layered silicate. The reaction process followed measurements XRD patterns intermediates. Sn-FSM-16 formed via following mechanism: (1) silicates such α- β- δ-Na2Si2O5 intermediates calcination materials; (2) surfactant intercalated silicates; (3) surfactant-silicate complex hexagonal structure obtained precursor Sn-FSM-16; (4) calcined decompose in interlayer changed Sn-FSM-16. structural aspect studied XPS profiles 3d5/2 Si2p, 29 Si MAS NMR FTIR. content Sn-FSM increased increasing concentrations both surface area decreased an increase (1160–620 m2/g).
