摘要: Operating room (OR) schedules are regularly influenced by uncertain demands such as surgery durations or randomly arriving emergency patients. The performance of these depend on the information about uncertainties when designing schedules. We focus an oine operational planning level at which assignments patients to days and rooms made without focusing intra-day sequence. At this a sucient amount time is be reserved for every elective surgery. same we observe that given schedule influences several stakeholders’ interests. therefore combine aspects parameters multiple interests investigate ORs using dedicated robust multi-criteria optimization approach. compute dierent fluctuating times, demand, objectives. In order evaluate schedules’ quality, perform simulation study demonstrate what extend achieve mentioned goals. consequences significant changes in assumptions possible deviations times how they aect achievement objectives investigated second step.
