摘要: Recent development of additive manufacturing technologies has led to lack information on the base materials being used. A need arises know mechanical behaviors these so that it can be linked with macroscopic 3D network structures manufactured from printer. The main objectives my research are characterize properties a material for an method (commonly referred as printing). Also, model viscoelastic Procast is obtained For this purpose, CAD made using ProE and printed Projet HD3500. Series uniaxial tensile tests, creep dynamic analysis carried out behavior Procast. Test data fitted various linear nonlinear models. Validation also test frequency sweep data. Various other characterization have been in order find density, melting temperature, glass transition strain rate dependent elastic modulus material. It concluded temperature around 337°C, 0.7-0.8 GPa, yield stress 16-19 MPa.
