摘要: Problems are structured when they repetitive, routine, and well-defined. Standardized approaches including habit, tradition, standard operating procedures, sophisticated analytical models frequently used. ill-structured novel, one of a kind, unfocused, complex. Depending on the level in organization which problems occur, different problem-solving processes may be utilized. The Dewey Dewey-Bentley proposed as general methodologies for solving at lower levels organization. Simon's decision-process trichotomy is methodology strategic upper Allison's three conceptual suggested descriptive frameworks understanding decision process. Based upon work, normative model problem developed.
