摘要: The subclass distribution of IgA producing cells was determined by paired immunofluorescence staining in colonic specimens from 10 patients with ulcerative colitis and eight Crohn's disease. Compared normal mucosa, the percentage IgA1 immunocytes showed a striking increase both disorders. proportion mucosal significantly higher (p less than 0.05) (median, 71.2%) Crohn 56.9%). Within each category no significant differences were noted between luminal basal zones. submucosal was, however, one 89.1%; p 0.002) 91.8%; 0.005). shift towards production paralleled magnitude cell individual tissue samples. Taken together previously reported dramatic local IgG (particularly observed submucosa parts mucosa), our findings indicated that there is an influx and/or proliferation B representing systemic secondary immunity lesions diseases.
