摘要: Mindfulness is associated with being less judgmental and a reduction in feelings of anxiety. It believed to increase non-judgmental cognitive processing reduce negative associations as consequence automatic processing. We hypothesized that mindfulness negatively correlated prejudiced attitudes. Few significant found. only found between Skills, Orientation. These findings provide little support for trait expressions
