摘要: Clostridium beijerinckii DSM 6423 was studied using different continuous production methods to give maximum and stable of isopropanol n-butanol. In a single-stage culture, when wood pulp added as cell holding material, we could increase the solvent productivity from 0.47 5.52 g L−1 h−1 with yield 54% glucose. The overall concentration 7.51 g L−1 (39.4% 60.6% n-butanol) 0.84 g L−1 h−1 obtained two-stage culture. We were able run process for more than 48 retention times without losing ability produce solvents.
