摘要: Motivated by the realization of Dirac point with tunable Fermi velocity in low-dimensional systems, we investigate guided modes graphene waveguides corresponding to electron motion (or hole motion) a symmetric barrier. We find that fundamental mode always exists, but higher-order may disappear. These discrete imply there is lowest cutoff frequency for an incident and electrons different angles have minimum frequencies. interesting features will be helpful investigation on electronic fiber.
