Engineering aspects of preparation of nanocrystalline particles in microemulsions

摘要: Engineering aspects of the preparation palladium nanoparticles in non-ionic w/o-microemulsions are examined. In order to achieve reproducible synthesis conditions a semi-batch reactor with standardized design is used. Influences stirring rate and different ways concentration control on product properties observed. For it important establish appropriate defined conditions. Monodisperse particles around 5 nm size obtained by adding microemulsion containing salt at constant feed precharged reducing agent. A quantitative kinetic model proposed describe particle formation microemulsions. Unknown parameters have been estimated independent examinations or can be achieved fitting experimental data.
