摘要: Deploying warehouses at strategic locations becomes an important issue for humanitarian relief organizations in order to improve their aid capability and rescue plan. The delivery of sufficient technical equipment provision shelter reinforcement victims is a significant event during operations. Warehouse location selection logistics (HL) challenging process because choosing non-optimal may cause additional problems activities. conventional decision making tools used warehouse problem tend be less effective dealing with the imprecise or vague nature linguistic assessment. In many situations, values qualitative attributes are often incompletely determined by decision-makers. fuzzy set theory can capture this type uncertainty. paper, recent extension ordinary sets, namely hesitant considering makers hesitancy evaluation. To solve HL problem, we propose new Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. We also present case study Turkish organization using preference information.
