摘要: Summary Several types of mutants variously affected by the concentration calcium ions in medium may be isolated from phage P2 (host: Escherichia coli). As compared with wild type, more or less dependent on for adsorption, rapidly inactivated presence calcium, prone to establish lysogeny at low concentrations.
