摘要: Over the past decade, growing attention has been paid to mental health of workers and its effects on workplace. For example, European Ministers Health have advocated that employers include programs as part occupational safety (World Organization, 2005). The Australian Human Rights Commission (2010) acknowledged need for workplaces support with illnesses. Similar interests taken root in USA Canada. In USA, President’s New Freedom Mental (2003) suggested employment people illnesses should be a national goal. Canadian Standing Senate Committee Social Affairs, Science Technology (2006) raised prevention, promotion treatment illness critical issues. They identified workplace intersection where “the human economic dimensions come together most evidently.”
