摘要: Huaier extract, the main active constituent proteoglycan, has anti-tumor activity in various experimental and clinical settings. However, potential anti-neuroblastoma associated mechanisms have not been investigated. Therefore, this study, we aimed to elucidate role of extract 3 human neuroblastoma cell lines. Our study demonstrated that incubation with resulted a marked decrease viability dose-dependent manner. induced cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase decreased related protein expression cyclin D3. Western blotting analysis also showed apoptosis autophagy. Signaling indicated suppressed MEK/ERK mTOR signaling pathways simultaneously. In conclusion, verify causes proliferation inhibition, apoptosis, autophagy, via signaling. may act as complementary agent for treating neuroblastoma.
