摘要: Abstract In a series of studies involving the determination mechanism(s) estrogen production in women with endometrial neoplasia, it has been ascertained that estrogenic hormonal milieu adenocarcinoma is near-exclusive at extraglandular site(s) product hormone, estrone from aromatization plasma androstenedione. Further, results these indicate those metabolic aberrations which give rise to capability for increased are precisely same as constitutional stigmata and/or ovarian abnormalities known be associated an incidence neoplasia. Increased occurs consequence one two events; i.e., availability precursor, androstenedione, or extent conversion its site(s). Thus, hypothesis emerged relates occurrence neoplasia and suggests identical increasing production.
