摘要: A detergent soap composition in bar form comprising (1) an alkali metal or ammonium of a saturated unsaturated fatty acid mixture thereof, (2) moisture content the range 6-14% by weight total water, and (3) from about 0.5 to 15% structurant selected group consisting tetrasodium pyrophosphate, hydrate pyrophosphate (TSPP) mixtures thereof. The provides enhanced structural integrity, hardness, slough wear- crack-resistant characteristics bar. method preparing mixing crutcher, soap, water FSPP at temperature above 80° C. subsequently removing excess for time sufficient reduce weight, followed cooling forming into bar, is also disclosed.
