摘要: To assess both quantitative and qualitative differences between the slow- fast-type muscles, masseter (slow) semitendinosus (fast) from four Holstein cows were analyzed by two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D DIGE) mass spectrometry. The proteome analysis identified 27 spots as 20 proteins in whole protein fraction extracted with 8 mol/L urea solution, 16 11 water-soluble fraction. Two slow-type myofibrillar (myosin light chain-1 slow-b myosin chain-2 slow), aconitase-2 mitochondria present at higher levels muscle (P < 0.05). Four fast, chain-3 fast tropomyosin-1), three enzymes of glycolytic pathway (enolase-3, aldolase-A triosephosphate isomerase), Our showed that composition sarcoplasmic well was clearly different muscles.
