摘要: This paper reports the results and interpretation of rheological experiments on diffusion measurements fluorescent polymer chains in solutions gels dextran (dex) derivatized with methacrylate (ma) groups. We illustrate use confocal scanning laser microscopy (CSLM) fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) to study mobility large molecules systems.
