摘要: Epigenetics is one of the key areas future research that can elucidate how genomes work. It combines genetics and environment to address complex biological systems such as plasticity our genome. While all nucleated human cells carry same genome, they express different genes at times. Much this governed by epigenetic changes resulting in differential methylation genome--or epigenomes. Individual studies over past decades have already established involvement DNA imprinting, gene regulation, chromatin structure, genome stability disease, especially cancer. Now, wake Human Genome Project (HGP), phenomena be studied genome-wide are giving rise a new field, epigenomics. Here, we review current potential field introduce pilot study towards Epigenome (HEP).
