摘要: Microcosms containing DDT spiked-sediment, Tubifex tubifex and carp (Cyprinus carpio) were constructed to simulate a freshwater system. The accumulation, elimination toxic effects of (p,p’-DDT, o,p’-DDT), its metabolites DDD (p,p’-DDD, o,p’-DDD) DDE (p,p’-DDE, o,p’-DDE) studied in T. carp. Tissue/organ distributions DDTs also investigated bioaccumulation differed tubifex, tissues/organs. Unimodal or bimodal observed, the concentrations (DDD p,p’-DDE) increased over time. organ with highest (DDT, DDE) was gill. largest mass distribution gill, followed by muscle gastrointestinal tract. Maximum levels whole 161 87 ng/g, respectively; therefore, observed this study insufficient constitute health concern if present fish for human consumption. Significant changes some biomarkers, including superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione, carboxylesterase, tissues during exposure. Tissue-specific accumulation can be key indicator exposure environmentally relevant concentrations.
