摘要: Abstract Tephrosia vogelii Hook was excellent insecticidal plant, it introduced into China and planted over a large area in Guangdong province. The main active components of T. rotenone widely found leaves pods vogelii. This paper study the safety assessment flowers to worker bees. In this paper, content petal, nectar, pollen, pistil, stamen samples were investigated by HPLC, tested toxicity for Apis cerana during 24 h. dissipation dynamic A. c. different biological compartments under indoor conditions results showed, LT50 bees collected from eastern, western, southern, northern top 13.95, 24.17, 12.55, 26.48, 18.84 h, haemolymph have highest rotenone, least accumulation workers bee's thorax, rate slowly whole study. conclusion, showed create security risks some ecosystems.
