摘要: The invention provides a liquid cell for an atomic force microscope. includes housing with internal cavity to contain fluid, plurality of conductive feedthroughs traversing the between and dry side cell, cantilevered probe coupled housing, piezoelectric drive element disposed on probe. is actuated when voltage applied through at least one feedthroughs. A method imaging object in medium sensing target species are also disclosed.
