摘要: Abstract In the last years, “the growth and properties of silicene” has become one hottest research front in Physics first Condensed Matter . this chapter, we describe discovery silicene, its outstanding properties, amazingly fast development, birth column IV brothers, germanene stanene. We further present fascinating perspectives offered fundamental applications by these novel elemental two-dimensional materials, which have been created scientists laboratory, since, at variance with graphene, descents from graphite, they no layered parent crystal nature.
