摘要: This paper presents a user model: computer program which examines the behaviour of real user. The model encompasses four aspects keyboard use can present difficulties for people with motor disabilities. Where relevant configuratibn options exist, chooses appropriate settings these options. bases its recommendations on observation users typing free English text. It is intended to form part dynamic configuration support tool. Empirical evaluation showed be very accurate in identification given user?s difficulties. recommended were tried by participants, high levels error reduction and satisfaction found.
