摘要: Four new cycloartane triterpenoids, angustific acid A (1), B (2), angustifodilactone (3) and (4) were isolated from the branches of Kadsura angustifolia together with six known compounds, micranoic (5), nigranoic (6), schisandrin (7), schisantherin D (8), interiotherin (9), (10). Their structures established on basis extensive spectroscopic data analyses comparison reported. Compound 1, characterized by presence a C-16/C-17, C-20/C-21 conjugated diene C-1/C-7 ester bridge formed in rings B, provided novel structural skeleton for 3,4-secocycloartane triterpenoid derivatives. In addition, anti-HIV activities these compounds determined infected C8166 cells, it was found that (1) exhibited most potent activity an EC(50) value 6.1 μg/mL therapeutic index more than 32.8.
