摘要: Tungsten has been widely used in many industrial fields due to its excellent properties. However, owing characteristics of inherent brittleness at room temperature and high melting point, it is difficult prepare tungsten parts with complexity via traditional methods. In the present work, samples were prepared by laser powder bed fusion. The influence each process parameter including power, scanning speed, hatch spacing on surface morphology, densification, microstructure was systematically investigated. results showed that use appropriate parameters, especially can effectively improve quality obtain a dense surface. relative density 98.31% obtained optimized combinations: power 300 W, speed 400 mm/s, 0.08 mm. Compared spacing, had more obvious density. Additionally, for grain morphology inspection, elongated curved grains gradually transformed into fine straight columnar as increased. would change slightly but no significant effect size.
