摘要: Abstract Secretory granules (SGs) are specialized organelles responsible for the storage and regulated release of various biologically active molecules from endocrine exocrine systems. Thus, proper SG biogenesis is critical to normal animal physiology. Biogenesis SGs starts at trans-Golgi network (TGN), where immature (iSGs) bud off undergo maturation before fusing with plasma membrane (PM). How iSGs mature unclear, but emerging studies have suggested an important role endocytic pathway. The requirement machinery in blurs line between another class secretory called lysosome-related (LROs). Therefore, it re-evaluate differences similarities LROs.
