摘要: This study investigated the effectiveness of successive bioaugmentation, conventional and biostimulation biodegradation B10 in soil. In addition, structure soil microbial community was assessed by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis. The consortium inoculated on initial 11th day incubation for bioaugmentation only bioaugmentation. experiment conducted 32 days. identified based sequencing 16S rRNA gene consisted as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Achromobacter xylosoxidans, Ochrobactrum intermedium. Nutrient introduction (biostimulation) promoted a positive effect populations. results indicate that edaphic dynamics were different according to treatments employed. CO2 evolution demonstrated no significant difference activity between treatments. total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) analysis indicated level 35.7 32.2 % treatments, respectively. Successive displayed effects biodegradation, with substantial reduction TPH levels.
