摘要: Abstract Using the long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite (LGFT) in wheel manufacture is an important way for lightweight design of automotive wheel. The bending fatigue test one key tests to ensure a safe Aiming at minimizing development cost, this paper investigates simulation method considering anisotropic property LGFT. First and foremost, material model LGFT established based on tensile specimens. With orientation distribution from injection molding simulation, obtained. Then platform established, with which strength conducted. To validate accuracy model, results anisotropic/isotropic models experimental result physical are compared analyzed. It can be seen that satisfies requirements well more accurate than isotropic model. research shows it necessary consider wheel, provides effective other components made thermoplastics.
