摘要: Irregularities of a building in plan and elevation, which results the change stiffness on different floors highly affect seismic performance resistance structure. This study motivated to investigate responses high-rise steel-frame buildings twelve stories with various irregularities. The has five spans 3200 mm distance both X- Z-directions plan. design package SAP2000 was adopted for beams columns resulted profile IPE500 all box sections columns. column cross-section dimensions vary concerning number story; one three: 0.50 X0.50X0.05m, four seven: 0.45X0.45X0.05 m, eight twelve: 0.40X0.40X0.05 m.
