摘要: Abstract Sequential injections of 109 Cd on mice were performed to demonstrate the accumulation patterns cadmium in various organs mammals at tracer level. During experimental period 130 days, slow and upward continued most except gonads which equilibrium was attained. These linear increments showed slightly downward projection as sigmoid, suggested fitness two-compartment-model. More than a thousandfold difference concentrations among different observed, these striking differences tissue levels manifested strong specificity distribution. Sexual variation also demonstrated; blood, stomach, liver, spleen kidneys females from 1.1 1.5 times those males, while skeletons males kept 1.5-fold higher concentration tracer.
