摘要: For many years it has been recognized that a significant loss of bone occurs in women at the time menopause (Riggs and Melton, 1986). However, importance to integrity regular exposure both estrogen progesterone throughout woman’s reproductive life received little recognition until recently. The purposes this chapter are: (1) demonstrate disturbances menstrual cycle are not uncommon often clinically silent; (2) these have effects on premenopausal women; (3) discuss exercise nutritional parameters cycle, through mechanism, their potential affect bone.
