摘要: Some of the odor-related problems from semiconductor and opti-electronic industries are caused by volatile organic compounds, acetic acid, dimethyl sulfide. These odorous exhausts would persecute residents’ health lower environmental quality. In this study, Ag–TiO2/functional filter was applied to removal these compounds. The results indicated that K2CO3/activated carbon (ACF) be better composition functional filter, which attributed larger surface area ACF mid-alkalinity K2CO3. Comparing TiO2 type, P25 (Degussa, Germany)/functional showed more superior photodegradation efficiency than ST01 (Ishihra Sangyo, Japan)/functional filter. addition, Ag-modifying TiO2/functional enhanced photocatalysis via postponing recombination between electrons holes. 0.001 M AgNO3 solution optimal immersing concentration make Ag dispersed uniformly on surface. Operating 25 50 °C, rising temperature contributive due increase system reaction energy. Processing below 75 % relative humidity, existing humidity could combined with holes hydronium (H3O+) hydroxyl radical (OH−) improve photodegradation. Assisted ozone ratio 0.7 times, for high pollutant improved up 90 until operating 180 min; method save oxidant consumption single advanced oxidation processing pollutant.
