摘要: Some skeptics question the very possibility of moral bioenhancement by arguing that if we lack a widely acceptable notion morality, will not be able to accept use biotechnological technique as tool for bioenhancement. I examine this skepticism and argue assessment does require such morality. In particular, demonstrate can neutralized in case recent neurofeedback techniques. This goal accomplished four steps. First, draw an outline against point out long-lasting dispute among philosophers nourishes skepticism. Second, survey techniques their three features: variety target human faculties, emotion, cognition, behavior; flexibility or personalizability brain state; nonclinical application of  Third, that, virtue these unique features, without adopting any specific Fourth, advantages threats neurofeedback-based enhancement may have. Finally, conclude become new promising requires further ethical investigations on its features.
