摘要: Microbial degradation of dyes by the fungus – Trichoderma harzianum , along with effects these on this during their biodegradation, was investigated using semi-solid medium (PDA, Himedia). A fixed amount each dye used in culture to screen out potential for degradation. Dye observed comparing samples controlled cultures. Two types controls, first compare and second inhibition mycelial growth, were study. Degradation as decolourization percentage, while accumulation presence colour fungal mycelium. The growth mycelium varied all tested dyes, term inhibition. Maximum (43%) recorded Bromophenol blue, whereas minimum (9%) took place Direct green. Congo red blue clearly degraded fungus, Acid red, Basic green accumulated
