摘要: Hibernation is a physiological state for Chinese alligators to cope with cold weather. In mammals, gene expression changes during hibernation and their regulatory mechanisms have been extensively studied, however, these studies in reptiles are still rare. Here, integrated analysis of messenger RNA (mRNA), microRNA (miRNA), long noncoding (lncRNA) reveals the molecular hypothalamus, liver, skeletal muscle hibernating active individuals. During hibernation, number genes increased was 585, 282, 297, while decreased 215, 561, 627, respectively, as compared Through Gene Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes enrichment analysis, differential expressed were mainly enriched DNA damage repair, biological rhythm, energy metabolism, myoprotein degradation, other related items pathways. Besides, 4740 miRNAs identified three tissues. comprehensive miRNA mRNA abundance profiles, 12,291, 6997, 8232 miRNA-mRNA pairs all showed negative correlation muscle, respectively. Some target tobiological rhythm suggesting that may play an important role metabolism adaptability alligators. Moreover, 402, 230, 130 differentially lncRNAs The targeting relationship four lncRNA-mRNA predicted, main function involved amino acid transportation. These results helpful further understand basis adaptation
