摘要: Biological samples (soybean flour extracts) were subjected to a separation/detection process using size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) coupled with ICP-OES the aim of obtaining information about possible binding forms selected trace metals. An array instrument segmented charge device detector was used which simultaneously monitors element emission lines and spectral background. In addition metals, non-metals P S included obtain further sites metals in matrix. Two SEC columns different packing materials compared terms performance influence on native species composition. Recoveries eluting evaluated by post-column injection technique. soybean extract, Cu Zn predominantly present 10–16 kDa fraction. Mn signals located 17–31 range, eluted exclusion volume both (100 70 kDa, respectively) as well 20 range. The effects chromatographic technique column type recoveries composition are discussed.
