摘要: As a teacher educator in England it feels like we have simultaneously lived through the best of times and worst past decade. We seen schools recording year on progress, with rising examination outcomes more young people staying at university. In parallel development, teachers become professionalised never before, higher pay, better codified professional expectations, clearly defined career path rewards for advanced excellent teachers.
