摘要: The aim of this study was clinical testing the reliability and usability three-dimensional (3D) two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound (US) technology. ultimate purpose to establish methods, standards protocols for determining volume any gynecologic organ or tumor. included 31 women in reproductive age postmenopause. All patients were examined with a RIC 5-9 3D-endovaginal probe (4.3-7.5 MHz) on Voluson 730 Pro device. myomas measured by using existing 2D 3D methods above mentioned underwent myomectomy hysterectomy due clinically ultrasonographically diagnosed uterine indicating operative intervention. After operation, pathologist determined removed measuring them gauge bowl containing water, i.e. Archimedes' principle (lift), serving as control group histopathologic diagnosis. A total 155 myoma volumes processed display, preoperatively display pathologist. values US measurements each method expressed mean value all volumes. Statistical processing results Student's t-test independent samples revealed that 2nd (measuring an ellipse longer tumor diameter) 4th shorter diameters together establishing their values) technique, well 6th technique showed no significant measurement differences comparison water (p < 0.05), acceptability verifying standard error varied between 15% 25%, so it is concluded these three can be used practice determine volumes, case myomas. MultiPlane proved most reliable
