Quantitative structural analysis, phase transition and relaxor nature of Bi 0.5 Li 0.5 TiO 3 ceramic prepared by mechanical alloying

摘要: Bi0.5Li0.5TiO3 (LBT) ceramics was prepared by mechanochemical synthesis and sintered at 600 °C. Quantitative structural analysis carried out various parameters are presented here along with Rietveld refinement data. The dielectric study observed that, presence of two anomalies in all frequencies signifies the phase transformation from ferroelectric to anti-ferroelectric temp (Td) 133.32 °C anti paraelectric (Tc). 352.904 °C for first second curve respectively. Different loss values Td Tc noted. ϵ m, e r tan δ temperatures Td, Tr (room temperature) 10 kHz this study.
