摘要: A method for measuring unknown thicknesses of multilayer structures, based on echo detection by means the wavelet transform (WT), is presented. brief discussion theoretical considerations underlying first given. This highlights excellent performance shown WT as a powerful tool analysis echoes in noisy environment. suitable operating procedure validation then set up. To this end, tests 1) simulated signals and 2) actual received from known are carried out: obtained results finally given discussed.
