摘要: Abstract Mice immunized with particulate antigens or soluble in Freund's complete adjuvant produce a factor(s) which enhances antibody formation. Such an enhancing is detected the serum within 6 hr after immunization. The specific and both 19s 7s responses especially when recipient mice are challenged subimmunogenic doses of antigen. From study kinetics formation (latent period, coincidence peaks responses) distribution Ig classes (dominance IgG1) it concluded that primes animals for secondary response. carrier absence T cells (nude mice). In response quantitatively small, suggests presence further amplifies
