摘要: Sixty-six patients with 69 "stiff" nonunions (no gross motion) of long bones were entered into a prospective study. The only therapeutic intervention was the percutaneous administration mixture autologous bone marrow and allograft demineralized matrix on an outpatient basis. Sixty-one treatments (88%) resulted in union at average 8.1 months (range: 2 to 3 years). This method treating is as successful standard iliac crest grafting offers distinct advantages decreased morbidity, reduced costs, shorter hospital stay.
