摘要: Background The validation of self-measurement devices for clinical use by elderly patients has been recommended. Omron HEM-722C device recently validated according to the British Hypertension Society (BHS) protocol general populations and HEM-735C is a new fully automatic with high capacity storage measurements that integrated personal computer. Objective To perform people revised BHS criteria Association Advancement Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). Methods We carried out main test procedures special groups on two 30 subjects aged more than 65 years (29 men 31 women), 11 systolic blood pressures (SBP) 200 mmHg, 15 diastolic (DBP( 110 mmHg. results were graded system from A D. Results HEM 722C achieved an overall A/A grading satisfied AAMI accuracy whereas B/A accuracy. sphygmomanometer 147 +/- 31/79 144 30/78 mmHg (means+/-SD) respectively, models 735C. average differences between mercury readings SBP DBP were, 0.76+/-5 0.41+/-8 mmHg; those 0.24+/-8 0.9+/-8 Readings differed less 5 76% 96% 10 Diastolic 71% 71 87% all readings. 68% 74% in 88 Conclusions On basis these results, both (Omron HEM-735C) therefore can be recommended measurement pressure patients.
