摘要: We report here on RFLP and Northern blot analyses of the ‘Polima’ CMS-System in Brassica napus. Mitochondrial (mt)DNA plastid (pt)DNA data indicate that restorer, as well sterile restored plants, possess a pol cytoplasm but restores has no mt-plasmid. An additional substoichiometric 3.3 kb EcoRI ptDNA fragment is present restorer. The transcription patterns 12 mitochondrial-encoded genes have been determined for male-sterile plants. Transcription atp6 gene are correlated with nuclear background. Restorer plants exhibit two transcripts not detectable
